Control Valves Delivered on Short Lead Times
Mascot Australia recently supplied a quantity of low temperature carbon steel control valves in less than 4 weeks lead-time from their Melbourne manufacturing facility. The control valves were required as part of a major international oil & gas company's expansion project at an existing facility.
The control valve body castings were supplied by Quality Castings Foundry in NSW within 2-3 weeks. Machining was completed by GA Hanrahan in Oakleigh South Victoria. Special high build offshore paint was applied by Melbourne Sand Blasting & Painting located at Campbellfield and final assembly and testing by Mascot at their Campbellfield facility.
Non-destructive testing was required for all castings and valve components, including radiography and certified mill test reports. Compliance to strict quality assurance and testing specifications was mandatory.
